On the main bus route, Wootton Bridge has a handy mini supermarket, an Italian restaurant, Chinese takeaway, a carvery restaurant and bar as well as a fish and chip shop. With three other popular inns and pubs serving food not too far away eating out will be on the menu!

The accommodation itself is accessed up some steps and via a communal hallway serving four apartments in the block. Parking is shared with other homes in the area and based on a first come first served basis with a friendly attitude you should not find it too difficult to find a spot nearby. Please be aware some spaces are allocated to certain homes, but this will be fairly clear on arrival. The living room has a breakfast bar for dining, with seating for two.

There is a sofa and two armchairs for seating and sliding patio doors to the front. A wall-mounted Smart TV and free Wi-Fi are set up for your enjoyment. The shower room has an electric shower unit and the kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker and grill and the usual kitchen essentials. This said there is no washing machine and washing up is by hand – but eating out will be the order of the day in Wootton without a doubt. Beach 3 miles. Pub and restaurant 1¾ miles.
