The garden flat is a comfortable retreat on a quiet road. The garden is a valuable addition and is a lovely extra living space. The bedrooms stay cool in the heat. The flat was very clean.The property is well equipped with a practical kitchen that makes an extended trip easy - you don't feel like you have to 'make do'. There are lots of little touches that make the place very welcoming and usable. We really appreciated the clear instructions for the appliances, books, board games and beach chairs.

A great find!Great space for all the family with so much attention to detail across the Garden Flat. Excellent garden space with space to sit outside and enjoy.Great location with a couple of minutes walk into Ryde high street and easy to drive further out to other locations. Everything provided was of great quality and we were not without anything for our two week stay - Thank you!
