No smoking.. Seasalt has a great layout, with an open plan design downstairs, incorporating the kitchen, dining area and living area. There are patio doors from the living area which will lead you onto a lovely garden equipped with patio furniture and a charcoal barbecue, a great space to relax in the warmer months. The living area also has a Smart TV, making it a great social space, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Seasalt is situated in the seaside village of Lake (between Sandown and Shanklin). Take a 5-minute walk down the path to the sandy beach and promenade which links Sandown to Shanklin. There you will find a friendly café and public restrooms, meaning you can spend the whole day on the beach! The coastal path takes you to the public lift in Shanklin where you can find cafés, ice cream shops, crazy golf and amusement arcades. Shanklin is also home to the Old Village where you will find thatched cottages and gift shops, and from here you can walk through a beautiful chine. There are plenty of open green spaces in both resorts too.
The Isle of Wight is renowned for having a warm, sunny climate, and there are plenty of tourist attractions you can enjoy in the sun. Seasalt is a very comfortable property, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It's a few minutes walk from Lake station, and about the same to the nearest bus stops (the bus service is excellent). The cliff path is nearby, and there are numerous little cafes on the seafront. There is parking on site for a small car; bigger cars can park right in front of the house. All in all an excellent property, thoroughly recommended.
