Shanklin Manor has been extensively renovated and restored to original glory whilst maintaining a beautiful and modern feel. The manor is situated in Luccombe, close to the picturesque Shanklin Old Village with thatched tea rooms, pubs and cafes, also Big Mead Park, but within easy walking distance to all the amenities of Shanklin town.
Apartment 9 is a split level first floor apartment. Internally, the apartment is open plan and is beautifully furnished throughout with traditional character features. Externally, the two and a half acres of communal grounds are available with access to the Big Mead, a large expanse of open parkland to the south of Shanklin Old Village.
Shanklin Old Village is a small part of Shanklin itself and contains some of the oldest dwellings, the majority of them thatched. It is on a slightly lower level than the town of Shanklin and is famous for its small gift shops and tea rooms.
A short drive is the main centre of Shanklin with the focal point being the pretty seafront. Here there are several eating establishments, pubs and local shops.
