Sleeping 18 guests, the nine-bedroom residence is set within gorgeous grounds in the picturesque coastal village of Totland. Discover the immense natural beauty of the Isle of Wight from here. Grab your beach towels and costumes and amble just 150 metres down to the picturesque, sandy beach, where you can paddle, swim and gaze out across the Solent towards distant Dorset. Stroll 2.5 miles out along the coast to Alum Bay, famous for its dramatic, multi-coloured cliffs. Stride out on an exhilarating coastal walk and see the spectacular chalk landmark of the Needles while you are here. Take the children to the thrilling theme park at Blackgang Chine, 13 miles away. Plan a day trip to Ventnor, 19 miles away, with its shops, eateries and splendid Botanic Gardens.
From the sweeping driveway, make your way into the grand property and prepare to be wowed by its abundant style and character. Head through to the gorgeous lounge to socialise, relax and simply enjoy being together, or find a gripping movie on the Smart TV. Head through to the adjacent conservatory instead and quietly lose yourself in the magical views out over the gardens towards the sea through the huge windows. Wander through to the fully stocked, licensed bar for pre-dinner drinks and cocktails. The professional-standard kitchen encompasses all the equipment you’ll require to help you cater for your group. If you wish to have a break from cooking, the owners can arrange catering for you. Congregate in the elegant dining room for all your special meals at the table. There is also a laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers for your holiday wear. The luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms are all arranged across the first and second floors of the property. Three of your king-sizes, all with en-suite shower rooms, are on the first floor. One of these is housed inside the tower and has a seating area, sea views and an en-suite shower room. There are also two super-king-sizes, also with en-suite shower rooms. These rooms, one of which has sea views, can also be arranged as twins by prior agreement. Another king-size, with a superb en-suite bathroom, and three additional flexible super-king-sizes are on the floor above. One has a seating area, while the others capture sea views. All nine bedrooms have Smart TVs and tea and coffee-making facilities.
Wander through the enchanting parkland gardens at every opportunity. Stroll across the expansive lawns, play garden games and dine under the stars. Sit out in the evening with a glass of fizz and watch the sun set over the sea. There is private off-road parking for nine cars.
