Utility room features washing machine and dryer. Smart TV and log burner in the lounge. Private garden with dining area, outdoor furniture and BBQ. Parking for 6 cars. Ventnor Beach 1.8 mile, shop 1.5 miles and pub 0.8 miles. 2 dogs allowed. Dogs are charged at 20 each per full or part week. Owners have upgraded the wifi/Internet and have moved to Starlink Satellite to provide a stable and fast internet connection.. Please Note: This is an old but comfortably modernised period house and as such parents must ensure that it is their responsibility to ensure small children/infants are properly supervised at all times. We very much welcome dogs but as we are a working sheep farm we would appreciate that dogs are kept on leads in any communal areas and on the main yard..
