The cottage is consistently described as clean and tidy, with only one mention of a sofa needing a clean. Overall, guests seem satisfied with the level of cleanliness.

The location is highly regarded for its quiet, rural charm and accessibility to Yarmouth, Freshwater, and Newport. The presence of a bus stop outside is frequently mentioned as a positive feature.

Guests find the cottage comfortable, particularly noting the cosy atmosphere and the view. However, some mention limited space in the upstairs bedroom and a low bed as minor discomforts.

While the property is well-supplied with heaters and parking, guests have raised issues with the shower and the lack of an oven. The kitchen's limited space for food preparation is also noted.

There are no mentions of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the host, so it is not possible to provide a score for thoughtfulness.

Lovely little cottage to stay in and based on the quite side of the Island. Great space and helpful host, although I tend to keep to myself. Thank you for a lovely half term

Sadly we had big issues with the shower. It only produced luke warm water with zero pressure and no angle on the shower head meaning you had to stand right up against the control unit to be under the water. We did tell the owner but we’re made to feel that it was fine. The sealant on the shower also has black mould and needs replacing. There is no oven (we knew this when booking) but felt that kitchen is only really any good for snacks, light meals that can be done on the 2 ring hob or microwave meals. The microwave is small and meals have to be reheated individually. An air fryer would have been really beneficial. There is very little surface space to prepare or serve any food. The sofa is comfortable but a light colour and in need of a clean as it looks quite grubby in places. Overall the property is clean but in need of some attention. The property is well supplied with heaters. Parking is excellent and right next to the property. It was peaceful and quiet.
