Beau View Cottage is a romantic bolthole for two set in the grounds of Beau View Lodge in Kent. Tucked away down a country lane, this modern but cosy retreat comes with everything you need for a wonderful stay in the 'Garden of England'.
The semi-detached cottage is cosy and comfortable, with an open-plan living area on the ground floor, with floor to ceiling windows creating a light and airy space. With comfy seating and plenty of books, games and DVDs, the sitting area is the perfect spot to curl up in at the end of the day. The contemporary kitchen area boasts modern appliances and high gloss units provide plenty of storage; and the fully tiled ground shower room enjoys a walk-in shower and soft, fluffy towels to warm on the heated towel rail. Climb the stairs to the mezzanine style bedroom where you can snuggle up within the eaves. Outside, enjoy your own enclosed garden area with garden furniture and a barbecue.
With some of the country’s most popular tourist attractions nearby, such as Canterbury Cathedral and the seaside town of Whitstable, Beau View Cottage is a delightful base to come home to after a full day out and about. Situated in the heart of the stunning Kent countryside, Beau View Cottage is ideally placed if you want to get out on foot and explore the footpaths and walks all around. The local pub is just a five-minute stroll away, while the pretty village of Bridge is accessible on foot too. There are plenty of cycle routes to explore, and if you don't want to bring your own bikes, a gentleman’s and lady’s bicycle are available to hire during your stay.

The location of Beau View Cottage is ideal for trips into Canterbury or heading out to the coast. The cottage is clean, modern and a lovely welcome hamper provided. Downstairs wasnât overly warm but it was very cold out and there is no door to the back garden so if taking a dog you have to wrap up and go out. The cottage is on a quiet road a quick walk along the road is easy. We would recommend the cottage.
