It features a sofa and comfy armchairs, a warming wood burner and a Smart TV. From the lounge area, head through to the dining space that offers a large dining table with seating for all. Enjoy delicious meals that have been whipped up in the compact yet well-equipped kitchen, which features an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tabletop dishwasher, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, and microwave. For the ultimate in family entertainment, a door from the lounge leads down a set of stairs into the basement that has been fitted out as a cosy cinema room with a large Smart TV. Grab your fizzy pop, ice cream, and popcorn and while away an evening watching your favourite films. Heading back upstairs and up to the first floor, you will find the first of the three bedrooms: a double, and also a family bathroom with a shower over bath and WC.
