Guests generally appreciate the Edenbridge lodge for its good size, comfortable accommodation, and tranquil park setting, making it a peaceful retreat for exploring Kent. The outside space is appreciated for dining and relaxation, and the lodge is well-equipped for a pleasant stay.
Cleanliness has received mixed feedback. While some guests found the lodge clean, others noted issues with cleanliness such as dog hairs, dirty kitchen cupboard fronts, and a lack of attention to detail in some areas.
The location is praised for its tranquillity and suitability for exploring Kent, although it is noted that driving is necessary as there are no amenities within walking distance.
The lodge is generally found to be comfortable, with a spacious layout and good parking. However, some guests mentioned a squeaky bed and dated bathroom fixtures.
Facilities are adequate with everything needed for a stay, including a dishwasher and good parking. However, there are comments about the lack of modern amenities such as smart TVs, and some maintenance issues like a broken electric vehicle charger and worn patio furniture.
There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide a score for thoughtfulness.

Contemporary, well equipped open-plan living/kitchen area with patio doors leading to spacious outdoor decking. Perfect for a peaceful break away with that special someone.

Clean, good sized lodge. Perfectly placed for exploring Kent - but be aware that you need to drive everywhere. There is no village, pub or restaurant within walking distance.Other comments reflect those of previous guests, so it is a shame that these have not been addressed. More crockery/cutlery is needed. There aren't enough to warrant using the dishwasher. We had 2 wine glasses - one very small, one very large - which caused arguments! The 'local info' file is very out of date. The QR code on the wall gives very little info.We have stayed on several similar sites previously (booked via Hoseasons) and usually the staff are very welcoming. Here, however, we were greeted by a very surly man. I said we were there to check in. His only question was 'Have you been here before?' I replied no, expecting this to lead to a conversation, but we were then simply given our key and pointed in the direction of our lodge!A few more customer service skills required! All in all we had an excellent week exploring Kent
