The property lies in a fantastic spot with spectacular sea views and the beach only a few metres away. Whitstable is a popular spot for keen foodies, with a wealth of friendly pubs and eateries, and is home to the annual Whitstable Rocks Oyster Festival. Meanwhile, eager walkers and cyclists can explore the Crab and Winkle Way as it heads east along the Kent coast to Herne Bay (5.5 miles). Venturing inland, the historic city of Canterbury (8 miles) is home to Canterbury Cathedral, St Augustine's Abbey and St Martin's Church which form Canterbury's UNESCO World Heritage Site. Also nearby are Wildwood Kent, Belmont House and Gardens, and Stodmarsh National Nature Reserve, all within 13 miles.

Inside you will be greeted by a light, thoughtfully organised and fully equipped kitchen/diner, providing a great space for everyone to get together for a family meal. The ground floor also features a convenient cloakroom and the first of the house’s four tastefully decorated bedrooms: a cheerful room with a useful double sofa bed. Heading upstairs, the first floor has a comfortable lounge with a Smart TV, a lovely corner sofa and fabulous sea views. Patio doors lead out from the lounge and onto a charming balcony with a bistro table, chairs and a wonderful vista of the sea. Back inside, the first floor also features a refreshing bathroom and a cosy double bedroom. Further stairs lead up to the second floor where you will find an invigorating shower room and the final bedrooms: a spacious king-size room and a snug a single.

Going outside you will find a sweet courtyard garden with ample patio seating and a BBQ, providing a cheerful spot for al fresco breakfasts and meals. From here a short stroll will take you down to the beach. Private parking is available for one car.
