The Hills

Feel welcome at our 'holiday home by the beach!' Situated in a perfect location just 2.6ml drive/walk to Whitstable harbour and 2.1mls to Herne Bay Pier.

'Sky by the sea' offers a lovely sized family living area incorporating a large L shaped sofa bed, a dining booth, fully equipt kitchen, fireplace and flat screen tv. Through the galley hall you will find a bedroom consisting of x1 single bed and x2 single bunkbeds, in total x3 single beds. The additional bedroom boasts a double bed, ensuite toilet and sink facilities and built in wardrobes. There is also a shared family bathroom with a sink, shower and toilet.

'Sky by the sea' also has private off street private parking for the convenience of unpacking etc and also two outdoor areas to be enjoyed by our guests. There is a small seating area to the front of the property where you can enjoy the sunset over the sea and a side area with ample seating for all the family.

*Seasonal and inline with Park Holidays you may enjoy the 'club house' where food and drinks are served. There is also an adjoining arcade for the children to enjoy. There is often a Childrens entertainment program as well as bingo and adult entertainment in the evenings. There is usually an increased timetable around occasions such as Easter where there will be a timetable of events throughout the day for children to enjoy. These sometimes include outside companies coming into the park. These events and entertainment may require passes purchased from the main reception. You can purchase day/weekly passes and these will also allow you access to the outside pool.

Please note that our property is located in the luxury residential area of the park by the boat yard so you are able to enjoy or have distance from the entertainment/club house area.

As a family of 5 we hope you enjoy our home by the sea as much as we all do! There is so much to explore! Once on the coastal path you can choose left to Whitstable or right to Herne Bay or venture a little further to enjoy the Kent coast or neighbouring towns such as Canterbury.

You may wish to bring your bikes or scooters to get around via the coastal path. Alternatively these can be hired in Whitstable.

You can get around by car, coastal walks, bikes (hire in Whitstable) or the bus route will take you directly to and from Whitstable and surrounding areas. The nearest bus stop is outside of The Plough on St Johns road.
