This unusual holiday home, adjacent to the owners Grade II Listed barn, was originally used as stables for the main house. It has been thoughtfully converted to retain its charm and character and is tastefully furnished and equipped, providing the necessary modern day facilities and even a tennis court is available within the grounds on request.

We came to visit friends in the area so the location was great, in a very quiet situation and surrounded by lovely walks. The barn is very well styled but we found it just a little too quirky and dark for our taste.

Firstly, Cottages.com were a nightmare and couldn't have been more difficult to deal with. That's no reflexion on the property itself though.We found ourselves in Woolhouse Barn for three months after a pipe burst in our own house and we had to find somewhere else to live while repairs were carried.Thanks to Lucy, the owner, it all went very smoothly throughout our extended stay. Lucy is lovely and always contactable, without getting under your feet.The Barn is clean, tidy and extremely well equipped, as well as being cosy and comfy. It's a beautiful renovated old building, which is charrmingly quirky in its layout. It's located ideally for walking in and around the area and near enough to the main roads to visit other parts of Kent.Highly recommended. Thank you Lucy.
