The Coach House Stables is a lovely and comfortable holiday home in a quiet country location. It is a short walk from the pretty village of Hernhill, with it’s idyllic church and village green, and the traditional pub, The Red Lion, which overlooks the green, serves good food and is very dog friendly. Enclosed walled terrace overlooking the owners’ grounds, with gas BBQ and garden furniture. A gate leads into the grounds, where guests are welcome to walk but dogs must be kept on lead as there are roaming chickens.

Lovely place set out of time. Local noise from pub, music over a weekend could be considered as annoying but all quiet from 11pm and through the week.Really is a charming place. Carful with satnav as it will take you up a private road. Actually my first conversation with our host was ‘not to use that road’ Overall exactly what I needed. Close to everything from beach to castle.
