A great stay. Good location for walking into Margate. House had plenty of space for us, had everything we needed and was clean.

Whilst the property itself is very nice and very clean it lacked some amenities and the road to the front of the property seems to be a rat run so constant stream of traffic. The TV in the lounge does not play live stream services (Netflix, iPlayer) as it just keeps buffering and the sofas are really uncomfortable so didn’t use the lounge. Was a bit put off by the area, Saturdays night this street is where teenagers hang out to party, so expect lots of screams, music and lads ragging cars up and down the street.

Lovely clean house, we enjoyed proximity to Westbrook beach. Only 10 minute walk to Margate main beach & centre.10 of us (5 children, 5 adults) had plenty of space. Beds were comfy.Plenty of room in the lounge for evening board games.Thanks to the weather, we enjoyed lazy mornings in the garden.Plenty to occupy us all in Margate & surrounding area.Welcome basket and information folder greatly appreciated.Thank you.
