This first-floor studio flat is one of two situated within the owners’ gated grounds, directly opposite the village church in the charming village of Tetsworth.
The studio features an open-plan layout with a combined bedroom, living, and dining area leading through to a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Guests can also enjoy a shared garden space with outdoor seating and a barbecue, ideal for relaxing in the warmer months.
Tetsworth is a traditional Oxfordshire village with a welcoming local pub and beautiful walking and cycling routes right from the doorstep. Just a short drive away is the historic market town of Thame, known for its weekly market, independent shops, cafes, and local eateries. The nearby Oxfordshire countryside provides plenty of opportunities for country walks, with the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty close by for more scenic adventures.
For those keen to explore further afield, the world-famous city of Oxford is around 30 minutes by car and offers an abundance of cultural and historical attractions, including the Ashmolean Museum, the Bodleian Library, and the iconic university buildings. Bicester Village, a designer shopping outlet, is also within easy reach and perfect for a day of retail therapy. Blenheim Palace, a unesco World Heritage Site and the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill, is around 40 minutes away and makes a memorable day out. We had a lovely friendly welcome at the flat from Hayley who throughout our stay promptly answered any questions we had. As a couple who like to get out walking straight from our accommodation the flat proved ideal for our needs. We found the flat bright, clean and comfortable and very much enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed staying at Flat 1. It suited our purpose and was close to friends and family, including some places of interest. It lacked cooking dishes for the microwave and a dish drainer for the sink. We appreciated the loan of a drying rack for wet washing. The host was very accommodating.

We had a warm welcome from Hayley and Peter, and a well-stocked fridge / snacks / beverages with all of the essentials, to start our holiday. The accommodation is light and airy, and ideally located for The Chilterns and the Oxford area.
