This 2 bed lodge is ideal for a families or couples, as both bedrooms can be made up as either doubles or twins (please request at time of booking if beds are to be twins or double), and both benefit from modern en suite shower rooms. Hot Tub Information
Please note due to water change and maintenance your hot tub may not be up to the correct temperature when you first arrive. By using the hot tub you are agreeing to the parks’ terms
and conditions, and agreeing that you have read their hot tub safety information, found here.
Travel cot hire: You can request a travel cot on your booking. Please note, there is no bedding provided and the mattresses are folding, thin and firm and is provided by manufacturer. We require you to follow the safety instructions, which state not to use a secondary mattress or any padded bedding such as pillows or quilts. You must bring your own bedding (e.g infant sleep bags). Please contact reception for mattress dimensions should you require. For further information on safe sleeping in travel cots please refer to information available from sites such as the Lullaby Trust. Important travel COT information Manufacturers instructions are provided at the point of issue and cots are cleaned in line with these after each use. Please also be aware that travel cots may not fit in double/master bedrooms in selected units, please call reception on 01491 827300 for more information if a cot is needed.
Pets
Please make sure that you have included your pet in your booking. If your pet is not included, the park will either relocate you to a pet-friendly lodge, if there is one available, or holds the right to refuse access to the resort. You may be liable for any charges incurred.
Resort facilities:
The Spring’s Ridgeway restaurant is very popular, they kindly ask for you to pre-book your table at the restaurant. Please call reception or the restaurant on 01491 827300.
The hydrotherapy pool is for the use of ages 16 years and over only (Charges apply**). Use of the hydrotherapy pool must be booked in advance, usage during the day is to be booked the day before or on the actual day. Usage between Friday – Sunday, 4pm – 7pm can be booked further in advance. Advance booking for any spa treatments is also essential (Charges apply**).
The gym can be used by people over 16 years old only. Young adults between the ages of 16 - 18 must be accompanied by an adult when in the gym. You can access the gym by visiting reception.
The restaurant runs on reduced hours throughout the week. Some Sundays and all Monday lunch times are closed.

Well equipped lodges in an ideal location for exploring the surrounding area.On site restaurant is a bit pricey but service was good and food was lovely.The cleaning needs to be a bit more comprehensive, as there was no rinse aid in the dishwasher and clearly hasn’t been for some time-all of the crockery felt chalky. The microwave had a spillage that had not been cleaned before our arrival and the baking trays were all greasy. Whilst this is down to previous guests not cleaning up after themselves, it should have been rectified by the cleaning staff.There were also a lot of cobwebs in corners and on the ceiling-note to cleaning staff…look up!!Small welcome pack with a couple of dishwasher tablets, cloth, sponge, a few tea bags, milk sachets and coffee sachets, as well as a tea towel.Lots of tiny black specs in both showers. Not sure what these were from-possibly an over used cloth. They washed away when rinsed.Would stay again but would hope to see cleaning standards improved.

The sofas are too small so not very suitable for tall people like myself . would be much better with 1 long sofa or L shape than 2 tiny sofas
