With seven bedrooms and five bathrooms, and arranged over three floors, it's the perfect venue for a large family gathering or for a group of friends to get together. Located in a small development of just 6 luxury properties, and with the highly regarded Frilford Heath Golf Club located just 300 yards down the road, it's very much the country retreat, with ample space for your group to spread out and relax. As soon as you enter the property you are immediately struck by the care and detail that has gone into its presentation. On the ground floor you have the choice of two separate sitting rooms, where some of you can watch the latest offering on the large flat screen t.v., or enjoy playing board games, roulette or table football in the games room. Come together and enjoy a meal in the fabulously equipped state of the art kitchen, and catch up the day's events around the enormous dining table, with ample space for all of your party. Rise up to the first floor where you will find five bedrooms (three of them being en-suite and the other two having access to a gorgeous family bathroom). Continue up to the second floor where you will find two further bedrooms (one en-suite and the other sharing the family bathroom on the first floor). Outside you have access to a fully enclosed private garden, where you can enjoy a spot of al-fresco dining, or soak away your aches and pains in the hot-tub. All this and yet you are just 20 mins from the heart of the university city of Oxford and its wealth of bars, restaurants and attractions. Take time and soak up the atmosphere and visit some of the historic attarctions; be that the array of colleges, the Ashmolean Museum or the Bodleian Library. Or if you prefer hire a punt out on the river. Local Attractions include Millets Farm (dog friendly) with farm shop, pick your own, garden centre, walks, play barn, animal walkway, falconry and much more. Local town of Abingdon offers walks by the River Thames or in season take the boat to Oxford and make a day of it. If you prefer something a bit more tranquil, then Woodstock and Blenheim Palace (the birth place of Winston Churchill can be reached in about 20 minutes, Travel a little further and visit some of the famous Cotswold locations, such as Burford and Stow on the Wold.Hidden Brook House really does cater for everyone.

This small Oxfordshire village is placed excellently for exploring its surrounding area. Frilford itself plays host to the pristine Frilford Heath Golf Club, as well as a friendly pub serving food and a petrol station. The west of the village is where you will find Millets Farm, home to a farm shop, falconry centre and a maze for the whole family to enjoy. Reach the striking city of Oxford with ease. Here you will be surrounded by stunning buildings and attractions to suit all tastes. You will be spoilt for choice with fine spots to eat and drink during your adventures. To both the north and the south of the village are beautiful expanses for outdoor enthusiasts. Find the Cotswolds aonb, the Chiltern Hills aonb and the North Wessex Downs aonb close by. Both offer a multitude of walking and cycling paths, passing through unimaginable scenery and a series of charming little villages.
