This wonderful detached bungalow was built in 2020 specifically for holiday guests and is the perfect property for couples, families, and friends looking for comfortable accommodation. Set along the main road into the village, it lies in a fantastic Oxfordshire location.
The spacious ground floor accommodation boasts a cosy living room featuring a gas wood-burner-effect fire for those chilly nights in and an open plan kitchen/dining room, perfect for small dinner parties. The enclosed garden has far-reaching views over the fields and the Oxfordshire countryside and is just a short stroll from the village centre where you’ll find pubs, a bakery, a restaurant, and a convenience shop. During the summer you can catch a game of cricket on the village green.
Steventon, located in the Vale of the White Horse in Oxfordshire lies approximately 5 miles from the towns of Abingdon and Didcot. On the banks of the Thames, Abingdon, purported to be the oldest town in England, is steeped in history with many fine old buildings. Visit the large collection of steam locomotives at Didcot Railway Centre where you can also ride on the 1930s trains. second stay here and was just as good as first time. Well equipped for cooking or bringing in a takeaway. Comfy beds and excellent heating and shower.
