You’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay, and during the warmer months you can enjoy sitting outside in the garden.
Set in the heart of the village of Long Hanborough in Oxfordshire, The Studio is next door to a friendly pub and within a 5-minute walk to the train station, where you can catch the train to Oxford in 7 minutes!
Blenheim Palace, Churchill’s birthplace, is within 2 miles and you can enjoy wandering the extensive grounds, visiting the palace or attending one of their many events throughout the year. You can also visit Churchill’s final resting place in the church grounds in nearby Bladon, the next village.
There are many beautiful circular walks from The Studio in the Glyme and Windrush Valley, and many lovely lakeside walks nearby. The village of Woodstock is 3 miles away and you can discover many independent shops, pubs and eateries. The charming market town of Witney is 8 miles and has an abundance of shops and restaurants catering for everyone. For shopaholics, no visit here is complete without a spree at nearby Bicester Village, which is a designer outlet.
The historic university city of Oxford is close by and can be accessed by train or the nearby park and ride. You’ll be astounded by the beautiful architecture, meandering river where you can hire a punt, and diverse shopping and eateries the city has to offer. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant 10 yards.

Hosts were lovely. Very kind and helpful. We loved sitting in their back garden, it's a beautifullittle oasis. The location of the Studio was brilliant. Oxford easily accessible by bus or train.Blenheim Palace and Witney down the road. We also took a road trip to Chedworth Roman Villa and Cirencester. Definitely worth going to if you're into Roman history. Also the pub next door was great for a beer or food. The Studio itself is compact, but has everything you will need for a short stay. We enjoyed our five night stay at the Studio.

Another great stay in The Studio. Nestled in a small village near the pub (which serves food) and ten minutes walk from the railway station with access to Oxford in 8 minutes, London in one hour and Vleheim Palace a short bus ride away( or walkableif you are active), it is the perfect location.The Studio itself is immaculate with everything you need for your stay. You also have access to a beautiful garden. An idea spot for couples and singles.We have visited several times and are booked to go again to enjoy Christmas at Bleheim. And hopefully many more visits in years to come.You couldn't wish for a better place to stay!
