Situated less than 200 yards from the beach, these houses lie along a village road, close to Elmer village and within half a mile along the beach of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty which stretches several miles from Elmer to Littlehampton. The beaches in this area remain quiet, even during the busiest summer periods and are ideal for swimming, windsurfing, sailing, fishing and walking. For people who would like more entertainment, Bognor Regis and Littlehampton are close by and provide various themed attractions. Elmer is in an ideal location to explore many of the attractions of the south coast from bustling Brighton to the east, to historic Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight to the west. In between there are beautiful places such as Chichester with its ancient cathedral and Festival Theatre, quaint Arundel with its castle and antique shops, Goodwood and Fontwell racecourses and the beautiful South Downs close by. Lo-Tide (ref 23038 and painted blue) has been architect designed to give a beachy, open-plan atmosphere. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

This is a pet friendly property but when you read i. The welcome book it say. No dog upstairs or on bed. Not to be left. Not o. The furniture so not a dog friendly place. Fridge was broken light. Freezer draw broken. Sofa need replacing very low Not comfort. TV needs updating in bedroom so outdated. Free view in living room Not all channels work. I feel for what you pay should have basic sky.
