Please note: There is a step in the garden.. This spacious bungalow has been fully renovated in 2022/2023 to a high standard and has ample space, with a good size living room, kitchen and dining room plus the additions of a utility room and sunroom. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, with a shower room and toilet. The first floor twin room has its own en-suite shower room (Jack and Jill) and dressing area on the same floor, great for larger families. There is also another twin room on this floor. The owners have made this home perfect for families to enjoy the garden and make use of the huge playing field and park by installing a stable style gate, which allows parents to sit back and relax while the children burn off their energy in either the garden or the playing field.
Bognor Regis is one of the most popular seaside places to visit. With large expanses of sand at low tide and the 3-mile long promenade. There is lots to explore in this area of the South coast with the historic cities of Arundel, home of the stunning Arundel Castle and Gardens, take a break from sunbathing and swimming and head up to the glorious South Downs for a gentle stroll or a bike ride, enjoy live music from the bandstand in the charming grounds of Hotham Park. The very popular attractions at Glorious Goodwood and Fontwell Racecourse plus Worthing, Brighton and Portsmouth are an easy drive. Beach 220 yards.

Brilliant stay, everything needed was supplied, plenty of room and seating for all, only down side was that the garden was very wet but that was due to weather, overall perfect

Stayed as a group of 6 adults and 2 children. House was very well equipped and there were even beach towels provided. Only thing we didn’t like were the Jack and Jill bathrooms but that’s purely down to personal preference. A gate in the garden fence led to a large field with a park for the grandchildren to play in. Nearest shop was a 5 minute walk as was a lovely cafe and Chinese takeaway. Nearest pub was close by and we enjoyed the Sunday Carvery there. Beach was a 5 minute walk and was great for evening paddle/swims but not so good for sunbathing due to the number of large pebbles and shells. Perfectly placed for visiting Littlehampton and Bognor Regis. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully visit again sometime.

Lovely cottage, wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, all as described, good garden, great access on to the playing fields, walking distance to beach, shops and pub.Only criticism was the Jack and Jill bathroom doors which were a pain and the shower on the ground floor which was almost impossible to set at the desired temperature
