It features a breakfast bar and a dining table, perfect for enjoying family meals together. After a day of exploration, you can unwind in the cosy living room, complete with a Smart TV for entertainment. Step outside, and you’ll discover a portable charcoal barbecue and a delightful hot tub with an electric awning, inviting you to soak and unwind while enjoying the picturesque surroundings (outside shower for hot-tub users).

Seagull cottage was bigger than the photos depicted. Immaculately clean, very warm & cosy. The hot tub a great addition even in November and good walks from the door. We loved the position though the access road wouldn’t be to everyone’s liking. The only very minor additions would be more mugs & pillows with more “life”. We certainly would love to come back.

we had a truly lovely break at the beautifully converted Railway Cottage in Pagham West Sussex. The views from the property are stunning, offering a peaceful and picturesque setting that’s perfect for unwinding. There’s plenty to explore nearby, with Chichester and Portsmouth just a short drive away — ideal for day trips and sightseeing.The owners were incredibly welcoming and genuinely caring, which made the stay feel even more special. I highly recommend this charming cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing escape with easy access to local attractions.

We have just come back from a week at Seagull Cottage. Sue met us and explained how everything worked which was really helpful. We cannot fault the accommodation, everything was clean and spotless. The dishwasher and washing machine were a bonus. We have stayed at many locations with hot tubs but this one was exceptional, with daily checks to ensure that water management was adhered to. The accommodation is at the end of a private road and whilst bumpy provided a quiet and secluded location with fantastic views. I would recommend Seagull Cottage.
