No smoking.. The Hen House is an opulent and very generous space set in the grounds of the owner’s home near Bognor Regis. As you enter the property you are greeted by a very roomy reception room with comfy furniture and a cosy log burner for those romantic evenings. The garden is extremely well equipped with everything you are going to need for your stay at The Hen House. The huge walk-in shower is a superb feature of the property as is the huge bedroom with its super kingsize bed. The owner has gone to great lengths to ensure that the gardens are kept immaculate and give as much privacy as you need as there is a lot of glass - the views and surroundings are magnificent. Outside you have your own fire pit for those summer evenings with a BBQ and some garden furniture to complete your stay which is going to be very memorable. The property is conveniently located less than 7 miles from Goodwood with both Chichester and Worthing also just a short drive from the property, This is a spacious and opulent Holiday Let with lots of room to enjoy yourselves and an owner that’s very eager for you to enjoy your time when you stay. He has built this property himself with the holiday let market in mind so your accommodation has been thoughtfully created so that you can make loads of memories whilst you stay. This really is a magnificent brand-new build, and you are not going to be disappointed. With so much to do locally this is a good place to call home whilst you go and explore what the area has in store for you and there is far too much to list on here. South Downs 3 miles. Beach 4 miles. Pub and restaurant ½ mile.

A beautifulproperty, attention to detail was faultless with a wonderful welcome basket with fresh eggs from the hens directly next to the property. Location was perfect for exploring the south downs with everywhere in easy reach. Lots of local supermarkets and shopping 3 minutes up the road so getting supplies was simple.Loved, and made good use of the firepit in the evenings, and we could hear the plum trees dropping their fruit on the roof, a gentle reminder that autumn is on the way. We left a couple of small suggestions for Chris, the owner but only minute, and nothing that would change our review.This property is stunning, the bathroom is huge, a large comfy bed, the kind you dont want to get out of. Sofa was a bit low for us as we both have back problems, however that's a personal preference rather than a criticism.In all, a wonderful week and we would definitely recommend.

Lovely welcome pack, plenty of local info provided eg pubs, garages etc. The cottage was spotless with beautiful bathroom & kitchen area. Within easy reach of Chichester, which is delightful. The host emailed prior to our visit and again after which was a thoughtful touch. Would highly recommend.

Lost count….and already booked again…..so that says it all! Highly recommended. Spotlessly clean, spacious , comfy bed, ballroom shower. Great place to stay and discover the area.
