The property is situated within a short walk of Littlehampton’s beach and within a mile of Rustington Village, Littlehampton town and train station. This delightful place, annexed off the owner’s main house, has been newly decorated and completed to the highest standards. It comes with two bathrooms with one being en-suite so there is plenty of privacy for the family or a pair of couples that are looking for a magnificent trip to the seaside. There is a comfortable and well-appointed open plan living space. The rooms are fairly generous in size and the owners have made a great use of the space with what they have created.
The mile long sand and shingle beach at Littlehampton is everything you would expect from a long-established seaside resort. There is a promenade, Harbour Park Amusements, Loop Watersports, well maintained seafront gardens, cafés and even the UK’s longest bench. Yes, there is a 1,000 feet long beach running along Littlehampton’s seafront. As a regular contender for a coveted award, Littlehampton beach has no shortage of facilities to hand. It is also patrolled by rnli Lifeguards during the summer months, and a Kidcare wristband scheme operates to make the beach super safe for families. To further consolidate the beach’s family credentials, is the perfect sandcastle-making sand that is revealed as the tide goes out. There is also a plethora of restaurants to enjoy and loads of other venues and activities locally, so there is plenty to do and lots of opportunities to make loads of memories this year. Close by, there is a shop and pharmacy, within walking distance only about 200 metres away. This is a wonderful opportunity to grab a piece of Sussex and explore everything that the county has to offer.

Outstanding! WOW factor with a Welcome basket of goodies, flowers and card. The super host Lydia met us and gave us a quick guided tour and explained how things work. Things we like: It was warm and cosy, especially on cold/wet November days; Instant hot water and showers that work well; Lots of kitchen equipment, large fridge/freezer, coffee machines, plates etc.; TV with all the streaming channels - no need to enter log-in details. Comfortable beds. Tastefully decorated to a high standard with lots of thought put in to every aspect of the accommodation. A lovely place to stay.
