The downstairs accommodation comprises a fully equipped kitchen a living-dining area with fantastic sea views and two conservatories. You’ll also find one of the bedroom suites with twin beds and an attached shower room on the ground level. Upstairs the accommodation consists of two further bedrooms both with king-sized beds and sea views. The master bedroom also benefits from a small balcony. Completing the upstairs accommodation is the family bathroom with shower over the bath. Outside there is a private patio garden ideal for alfresco dining and an additional elevated seating area offering the perfect spot to soak up the glorious views over the colourful beach huts and out to sea.
The Area Rustington is a bustling seaside village about a half-mile walk from Seaview where you’ll find a choice of restaurants coffee house and local pubs. There’s also an excellent range of small independent shops along its main high street. To the west of Seaview is the seaside resort of Littlehampton with its popular East and West beaches split by the River Arun’s estuary. Littlehampton has a bustling marina and harbour where you can watch the fishermen bringing in their daily catch or perhaps take a stroll along the boulevard and enjoy the attractions of this traditional seaside resort. Everything was perfect and well thought out. I found through public records that the owner had made a lot of improvements after they purchased this property and the did an absolutely fantastic job! From the quality of the garden right down to the instructions that tell you how to properly ventilate the house. We will be going back again in the future, without a doubt. Big shout out to Christopher the property manager for all of his help and the great job he did managing everything.

It was in a perfect position. I have mobility problems so was pleased to have some grab rails in the bathroom. It is what I would call an "all weather" house with its two conservatories. Lots of interesting places nearby.We hope to return.

Everything about this house was perfect. It is close to the beach, well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is close to shops restaurants and takeaways. It is comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. We had a lovely holiday here.
