The open-plan kitchen and dining room is perfect for enjoying an evening meal altogether and taking in the sea view from the kitchen window whilst preparing your meal. The spacious living room has a double sofa bed, Media wall with a smart TV and relaxing fire and two swivel armchairs in the bay window to enjoy the beautiful sea views - a perfect place to relax after a day on the beach and swimming in the sea.
5 minutes’ walk, East Preston has all you need to enjoy an evening out from fish and chips, Chinese and Indian restaurants, pubs and cafés. Direct access to a costal path and at low tide, the beach offers a huge expanse of sand and is dog-friendly all year round. Just a 30-minute walk along the beach will take you to the town of Rustington, and 30-minute walk from the property is a mainline train station with routes to London, Brighton and Southampton.

The Heights was amazing, better than expected and everything we could need was to hand. The house had been decorated for Christmas in everything room, a welcome basket on arrival and the fluffiest towels for all. Location was great right on the beach and not far from town. You can see the sea from the lounge and bedrooms great views.Our host was on hand for anything we needed.Would highly recommend
