The open-plan kitchen and dining room is perfect for enjoying an evening meal altogether and taking in the sea view from the kitchen window whilst preparing your meal. The spacious living room has a double sofa bed, Media wall with a smart TV and relaxing fire and two swivel armchairs in the bay window to enjoy the beautiful sea views - a perfect place to relax after a day on the beach and swimming in the sea.
5 minutes’ walk, East Preston has all you need to enjoy an evening out from fish and chips, Chinese and Indian restaurants, pubs and cafés. Direct access to a costal path and at low tide, the beach offers a huge expanse of sand and is dog-friendly all year round. Just a 30-minute walk along the beach will take you to the town of Rustington, and 30-minute walk from the property is a mainline train station with routes to London, Brighton and Southampton.

This was a lovely place to stay. It was great for the three generations of our family. In the heatwave it was not at all difficult to keep the house cool. The owners have thought of virtually everything you might need (just remember your own shower/bath toiletries and box of tissues if you use them).

Perfect beach location, amazing cafe and local shops at walking distance plus the best Seaview restaurant. The Heights has a well stocked kitchen (not food obvs!). Very clean throughout. very cosy too.Lovely big cosy living room and dining room. Plenty parking space and an outdoor seating area. The hosts are soo kind and willing. I would highly recommend this property.Plenty of games for a family fun evening.

A wonderful place to stay with amazing views, everything you need in walking distance. The Heights was well equipped and beds and sofas very comfy, great TV. Highly recommend, we will be back.
