Sited in it’s own grounds with parking for up to four cars, it has been designed also with wide doorways and a wheelchair accessible bathroom.. All on the ground floor.

Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet, heated towel rail and washing machine.. Electric underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Paved patio with garden furniture and large garden. Private parking for 4 cars. Wheelchair access. No smoking. . Chestnut Lodge is a beautiful detached single-storey building, located in the village of Halnaker, north east of Chichester. It has a pub, village store, and organic farm shop all within walking distance, and an hourly bus service to Chichester. The South Downs National Park borders the property, it begins at the back garden.
Designed also with wheelchair users in mind, it is conveniently located only a few minutes away from the Goodwood Estate in the heart of West Sussex, famed for its motor racing, golfing and horse racing and home to the world-famous Festival of Speed. There is a superb choice of activities and places to visit locally. Walk or drive into the National Park, a unique and beautiful area of chalk downland and woods, with a vast network of footpaths and mountain bike trails, picturesque villages, country pubs and abundant wildlife. Visit the historic city of Chichester with it’s cathedral, festival theatre, shops, and Roman palace. Chichester harbour, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, is ideal for sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and birdwatching. Within easy reach are beaches at West Wittering and Bognor Regis, the National Trust stately homes of Petworth and Uppark, the Weald and Downland Living Museum, West Dean Gardens, and Arundel castle. Other attractions include the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust, Pagham nature reserve, and further afield the historic city of Portsmouth, the HMS Victory and the Mary Rose. The property is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Chestnut Lodge is an ideal place to relax, with its large garden flanked by 500 year old Chestnut trees, sunny patio, and spacious living area and bedrooms. For dining out there are also some excellent restaurants and pubs nearby. Beach 8 miles.
