Had a nice time. Unfortunately the week before Myself and my husband went down with a flu type bug, and had a chest infection, so we weren't feeling to great when we left to come. My son ended up getting the same whilst we were away. When we arrived luckily all the sliding patio doors were open, which allowed some fresh air to get inside the place, as it was the first day of the really hot last week of May. We went here as my brother moved to West Sussex in Henfield last year, so stayed at the Old Carthouse as it was only 20 minutes away from his house. We also were going to Brighton as my brother bought us an experience at the Brighton I360, a 25 minute viewing experience. The place was very nice, we walked the dog along the lane into the woods. The place was based on a Christmas tree nursery. We were left some cake which was a nice gesture along with some sugar packets and tea bags, which we took ourselves. The only problem was the tv, it didn't always work properly, when you pressed the channels, it said the channel wasn't available? We eventually got them working.
