...lodge previously on the same plot) - lovely facilities, clean throughout. We stayed in Dec and the Xmas tree was a nice touch! Hot tub was as good as the last, and amazing after a day of doing not much! Brighton is an easy 20 minutes away. The garden centre next door has a great selection of nice food (and a fruit/veg market stall on some days) to take advantage of.
