With Worthing Beach just over 4 miles away and Brighton to the East and Bognor to the West, there is plenty to surround yourself with as you are right on the verge of both East and West Sussex. You are also right on the edge of the National Trust Cissbury Ring. This property is definitely something to consider should you be going to Goodwood or Fontwell for the racing, as its less than 30 minutes up the A27. With some fun places to see and visit, this is the ideal property that you can call home whilst you explore all that East and West Sussex has to offer.
