The main arterial routes through the town (A24 and A27) can be reached by car within 2-3 minutes, making it an ideal location from which to explore the town and surrounding area. Rose Cottage is particularly suitable for couples looking to enjoy a short seaside break. Worthing has plenty of attractions like the pier which was the thirteenth to be built in England at a cost of £6,500 by the Worthing Pier Company. The beach is also very local, as is the Connaught Theatre and Cinema and the Worthing museum and art gallery. With Brighton just along the coast Eastwards and Bognor Westwards, you are right in the middle of everything.
