Pine Lodge in Bath is praised for its friendly staff, convenient location, and range of amenities including a hot tub, swimming pool, games room, and playground. Guests appreciate the peaceful setting and the lodge's proximity to Bath, making it ideal for family getaways and exploring the local area. While some guests have highlighted areas for improvement, the overall experience is seen as enjoyable and the property is recommended for future stays.
Reviews are mixed regarding cleanliness. Some guests found the lodge clean and comfortable, while others reported issues with mould, dirty utensils, and general upkeep. The swimming pool and hot tub cleanliness were specifically mentioned as concerns.
The location is highly praised for its convenience to Bath, peacefulness, and accessibility to local attractions. It is described as a safe and enclosed site, ideal for families and those seeking a relaxing retreat.
Guests generally find the lodge comfortable, with a warm atmosphere and cosy furniture. However, some guests mentioned that the double bed was too small and the lodge could benefit from a refresh. The comfort of the couch and bed sizes were noted as areas for improvement.
Facilities like the swimming pool, hot tub, games room, and cinema are appreciated, but maintenance issues such as a broken pool cover, malfunctioning Jacuzzi jets, and overgrown outdoor areas detract from the experience. The presence of a gym was expected by some but found to be absent.
There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts. Therefore, it is not possible to provide a score for this category.

Amazing lodge and facilities for the family. Immaculate. Had a super relaxing week and the lodge was beautiful featuring a hot tub which was well enjoyed. Swimming pool enjoyed but a little cold for us parents. Kids loved it. Games room was a big hit especially the pool table. Cinema room great too for a wet day. Local attractions were great we visited bath, wookey caves, adventure Bristol treetops, visited local towns which was nice too, had a lovely carvery in one of the local pub/ restaurants featured in the lodge pack. A visit to the nearest weatherspoon's is a must!! Thank you for a lovely stay. The Gasters

We had a wonderful two-night stay with the family, including our 10-year-old and our dog. There was so much to do, and we especially loved the pool, hot tub, and games room. We actually ran out of time and didn’t get a chance to use the cinema room, which just gives us another reason to come back. We will definitely be looking to book again.

Good comfortable lodge. Warm with modern bathroom and plenty of hot water. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of seating areas including outside. Suitable for traveling with dog. Easy access to centre of Bath where we were sight seeing and Wells. Good value for money. Would be happy to rent again and use more of the outdoor facilities available on site.
