Nestled at the end of a lane, this single-storey barn conversion is located on the owner’s working farm and has been lovingly restored from the original old stables. The internal doorways have been built with wheelchairs in mind, and there is a ramp to both the front and the back of the property. It has its own enclosed garden, which is perfect for sitting out in the evenings and taking in the beautiful countryside. Beyond the gardens are acres of rolling countryside with many walks for guests to enjoy. The Stables at Court Farm is situated on the edge of the village of Marksbury, just a short drive from Bath, 5 miles. For those staying over the festive season, be sure to visit the Bath Christmas Markets. Bristol, 10 miles, has many attractions and great shopping at Cabot Circus, which has over 90 shops, as well as a mix of restaurants and a cinema. This is a great base from which to explore Somerset. The city of Wells is a 30-minute drive away, and Glastonbury with its famous tor and abbey, is within easy reach. Perhaps visit the wonders of Cheddar Gorge and the wonderful Wookey Hole Caves. Shop ¼ mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

A warm, cozy and comfortable cottage in a great location between Bath and Bristol. The large fully fenced garden was ideal for our dog and the lovely owner had put a delightful welcoming pack in the cottage on our arrival. For anyone visiting friends or exploring the area’s towns, villages and beaches it’s perfect.

Clean, warm, uncluttered cottage with a friendly host, good shower and comfy beds. Nice patio area with views, a bit cold and wet during our stay but a great asset for warmer weather.Two NT properties within 40 mins and decent pub grub at the 'New Inn' just down the road.Would definitely recommend. and revisit if in the area.Many thanks Keith & Chris
