Broadstone village , an easy five minute walk away via the Castlemain Trailway, has a couple of pubs, several eateries, and a range of small shops. From Broadstone village there is a regular bus service to Poole town centre in one direction and Wimborne in the other.
Just a short drive away, the historic town of Wimborne Minster is worth a visit, known for its stunning medieval architecture, including the impressive Wimborne Minster itself. The town is also home to the fascinating Model Town, a miniature replica of Wimborne from the 1950s.
The nearby town of Poole, with its historic quay, offers boat trips to Brownsea Island and Swanage. Popular day trips include Dorchester, the New Forest and the Jurassic Coast.

Too many windows in property and we arrived to a heat wave bungalow so so hot Kitchen blind had been taken down and the heat and sun coming through was terrible we had to find a large bin bag and put it up with tape to stop sun coming throu window also no privacy from neighbour, kitchen sink was also blocked and water not draining away properly Fridge was not keeping foods cold enough as had to put dial on fridge to 7 and still was not keeping foods at right temp obviously fridge not working correctly Health and safety issue long plastic runner across dining +kitchen floor husband nearly fell on as it kept moving and creasing up so had to take up On the hole several probs in bungalow so would not return again

We have just had our second visit to this wonderful bungalow set in a quiet road with off street parking. The garden is beautiful and perfectly safe for our dog; the bungalow is a great base for exploring; it is clean, well thought out, and perfect for two or three people. The owners left a thoughtful welcome note and treats, which both the dog and humans enjoyed. We have already booked again for 2027!

Very nice cottage in a quiet area. Very nice setting within walking distance of local shops and amenities via the back gate.Easy access to main routes to Poole, Bournemouth, Sandbanks etc.
