Great location, close to Southbourne beach and walking distance of a number of good restaurants. Having a dedicated parking spot was great. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, the welcome tea, milk and biscuits were very much appreciated.

Only complaint was the shower arrangement with no grab handles and cramped for space around the shower door.Needs an electric shower or connecting to combo boiler and a cubicle.Rest of amenities were fine especially having the beds made up.

Had a fantastic time in South Bourne. The flat in pine cliffe avenue made the perfect base for visits to local beech, Bournemouth & the new forest. Everything you needed was supplied with in the flat. Will definitely be going back.
