It is located on a quiet residential street with the sandy beaches of Southbourne just metres away and the high street is within easy walking distance. Inside the property there is a spacious open plan living, kitchen, dining area perfect for spending the evenings together relaxing. There is a bathroom with a shower cubicle and a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. In the living area the sofa folds out into a double sofa bed. Outside there is a small courtyard with garden furniture for you to enjoy. There is on street parking available outside the property, the public transport here can take you to a range of places including Bournemouth, Christchurch and the New Forest.
Just moments away from the property is Southbourne Beach, which is quieter than the beaches towards Boscombe and Bournemouth. It is a sandy beach with fantastic views across the ocean and toward the Isle of Wight and The Purbecks. Southbourne high street has a selection of convenience stores, independent restaurants and shops, there is a wide variety of takeaways and cafés as well. There are numerous places you can visit nearby including Hengistbury Head which is an area of Scientific Interest due to its wildlife. Christchurch with its weekly market, independent shops, beautiful harbour and is home to one of the longest parish churches in the country. Bournemouth is within easy reach with its high street of shops, frequent events, cinema, theatre and many eateries. The New Forest is well worth a visit with its free-roaming ponies, cattle and donkeys. It is an excellent place to go walking and cycling.
