Patio doors open out onto an enclosed garden; take your dining experience outdoors and soak up the fresh, seaside air. The first of three bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, fit with a double bed, and benefiting from close proximity to the cloakroom, ideal for guests with limited mobility, whilst a sumptuous king-size and a twin are settled upstairs.
Completing the layout of this fabulous property is a stylish family bathroom, equipped with both a bath and an overhead shower, so you can choose to pour in the bubbles and indulge in a blissful soak, or enjoy a quick rinse under the shower head before bed. Pack up your bucket and spade and spend lazy days lounging on the golden sands of Highcliffe Beach, where colourful huts line the promenade, provide a tranquil spot to soak up the sunshine, whilst avid adventurers may prefer to travel along the coast to Avon Beach, Mudeford or Hengistbury Head to try their hand at the watersports opportunities available.
Guests looking to stay on land can explore the 24-acre woodland of Steamer Point Nature Reserve or test their swing at the flat but challenging course at Highcliffe Castle Golf Club. Lace up your walking books and take advantage of your position at the foot of the New Forest National Park, where you can lose yourself amongst the protected woodland at Blackwater Arboretum, come face-to-face with endangered animals from across the world at New Forest Wildlife Park, or explore the delights of the rural villages of Lyndhurst and Burley. Venture further afield and visit the Historic town and Harbour of Christchurch, or the bustling town of Bournemouth, home to an iconic Victorian pier, a waterfront aquarium and the renowned Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre.

The downstairs bedroom was ideal for our elderly mother. We were pleasantly surprised by the large garden and lucky enough with the weather to be able to sit outside most days.

Close to Christchurch, Bournemouth and Poole - short walk along coast to Mudeford Quay through Highcliffe Castle grounds.

The extras provided were very much appreciated. Not all pans can be used on induction hob which confused us at first as never used one before. Two key safes also a little confusing. Would have loved a tea pot but otherwise great.
