Spacious and contemporary lodge just perfect for a peaceful family break, the master double with picture windows and en suite shower and comfortable twin, along with family bathroom with shower over bath. The spacious, modern, well equipped open-plan living area is bright and air, with comfy sofas, kitchen area with island, breakfast bar and dining area. Patio doors lead on to spacious decking perfect for that morning coffee or relaxing in your own bubbling hot tub. Pets allowed in selected accommodation only.

A travel cot can be requested as part of your booking. Would book again as perfect for our needs. Hot tub was gorgeous and inspected by park staff daily. Lovely clean site in an idyllic location. Lodge was well equipped and furnished nicely. Only negative was the washer/dryer wouldn’t pump out water and the issue wasn’t resolved causing inconvenience.

Overall we had a really nice stay here. We had cabin 35, a hot tub lodge which was located in a secluded and peaceful part of the park. The lodge was clean on arrival and we found it to be very spacious, we also had our 4 year old daughter with us who loved the lodge. The staff were also lovely when we arrived which made it easy for us to settle in.We would have given the retreat a 5 star rating had it not been for the AWFUL bed though. It was a real shame for us as it was the only thing we found ourselves criticising as I didn't have a single restful night due to the state of the bed. I don't know if it was just our lodge that had a terrible bed but the beds 100% need reviewing by the staff. As for staying here again, I would love to but I just couldn't bring myself to pay to sleep on a bed like that again.

Juniper 2 premier needs an upgrade but overall satisfactory Shower in ensuite is old and not looking great so might be time for an update, it smells of mould and has mould patches on the ceiling The overall lodge is nice but it definitely needs a refurbishment in certain areas (ensuite and tvs) Kitchen is lovely and well proportioned. Reception team were lovely on arrival.Privacy in hot tub lodges is great. It was clean, tidy but it had a stagnant water smell in the lodge, which was not great when you first arrive.We bought our own fans as it was really warm over July. They had one in a wardrobe but it was old & dirty looking. Lidl is less than 10 mins away by car and this was easy to get to, to stock up on essentials for the week.Location is excellent 15 mins from Poole, 12 miles from Monkey world, close to Sandbanks, Bournemouth, Corfe castle so lots to do. Wifi is diabolical in the lodge and patchy at best so come prepared for that as it was a bit of a pain.No smart tv so we could not chill in the evening with netflix/disney, all the other lodges I've been to have this so spend some money and upgrade this bit please. Hot water is inconsistent so showers were not super fun.There is a Pub a short walk (slightly dicey) walk away but book ahead and be prepared to wait for food.
