About this property

This caravan is in a fantastic location—just behind the entertainment complex, but far enough away to ensure peace and quiet. It’s situated on a flat, level pitch, making it ideal for guests with mobility challenges or families with young children. Directly opposite the site is a beautiful nature reserve with easy access to a local beach—perfect for dog walks and exploring the outdoors.

Rockley Park is open from March through to January. While some facilities may be limited during quieter months, the park itself remains a peaceful and relaxing getaway. I live just 30 minutes away, and guests check in via a secure lock box for added convenience. I know the area extremely well and still get that familiar sense of excitement every time I visit—no two stays are ever the same.

My pet-friendly, two-bedroom caravan offers a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. If you’d like the beds made up before your arrival, just let me know.

The caravan is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It’s located on a level surface—ideal if you have a pushchair, toddler, or reduced mobility, as some parts of the park are on a slope. It’s also close to the entertainment complex for easy access to amenities.

Private Wi-Fi is available for guest use, and I’ve stocked the caravan with tea, coffee, and other basics for your convenience.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM (or earlier if the caravan is vacant), and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

My caravan—affectionately named Shirley Valentine—welcomes pets. A £20 fee applies if you’d like to bring your furry friend along.

I offer 3- and 4-night stays and 7-night stays all year round.

Rockley Park stays open until January 2nd. If you're considering a quieter escape, the off-peak period (late October to January 2nd) is a great time to visit—perfect for relaxing and unwinding in a tranquil setting. Please feel free to contact me about availability during this time.
