Downstairs, the kitchen and dining area is open plan and sociable, giving guests an easy space for breakfasts, packed lunches and evening meals. A separate lounge offers comfortable seating and plenty of natural light, ideal when everyone wants to wind down after a day outdoors. Practical touches include a utility space with laundry appliances and an undercover drying rack, particularly useful for wetsuits, beach towels and walking kit. Upstairs, two well-presented bedrooms both have super king-size beds, with one able to be arranged as twins on request.
