Our accommodation only park is nestled in beautiful parkland, our lodges and cottages offer a peaceful setting where you can truly unwind.

Just a short drive away is the charming Cornish coastal town of Bude, where the Atlantic Ocean meets miles of rolling countryside. Our park is perfectly positioned on the edge of the village of Kilkhampton. Within a short 10-minute stroll, you’ll find two friendly local pubs, grocery shops, a butcher, and tasty takeaway options including Chinese and pizza – perfect for an easy night in after a busy day exploring.

Please note: Due to the park’s natural setting with steep gradients and steps, Penstowe Park is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with severe mobility difficulties.

Security Deposit

Please note: Security Deposit If you require 2 sets of keys a refundable deposit of £10 is payable.

Group Bookings/Party Types

Non family and group bookings will incur a security deposit of £45 per person on arrival. No stag or hen parties are permitted.

Arrival Information

No bookings are made within 24 hours without phoning the park and getting the go ahead.

The latest arrival time is 9pm in high season as reception closes then, but at other times it is 5pm. Please advise the park direct if you will be arriving late on 07585262088

Accommodation Information

Please note electricity by coin/card meter (except Premier Penhalt Cottage and Premier Parkland Bungalows which have electricity included).

Non family and group bookings will incur a security deposit of £45 per person on arrival. No stag or hen parties are permitted.

Wi-Fi is available in the Manor House only and not in the accommodation.

Please note tennis has been changed to short tennis.

Due to the setting of the park, some walkways may be steep/hilly.

Accommodation T008 is now fitted with an electric card meter. Electricity is not included in the holiday hire price and is payable separately by guests purchasing electric cards on arrival.
