Overall the stay was ok, We felt the accommodation would be best suited for 2 people, as there was not enough seating, the seating was very uncomfortable, The path to the Lodge was very slippery, could do with a jet wash to clean off the grime and slime. Especially as it was steps all the way. The hot running water was hot but came at a very slow flow, we were unable to use the shower cause of this.

Enjoyed a peaceful couple of days while walking the coast path. Decor could do with a bit of refresh, and (being in high summer season) that isn't necesarily reflected in pricing. Hosts very friendly and accommodating, and the cottage had everything we needed. Lovely comfortable beds, and good space for two adults and two kids. Close to Crackington and the coast path

Mrs Musel was a nice host, very friendly and even picked us up from the pub after dinner to save us the walk up the hill. The accommodation was as described and was fine for our purpose of a single night stay on the south west coastal path, however did seem overpriced compared to other accommodation we have stayed in on this trip and our many other trips to the southwest. I wonder if this increased price is due to the use of the third party company cottages.
