Four of us plus dog enjoyed our stay in this cottage which was very nicely modernised, well equipped, comfortable and conveniently situated for access to local towns, places of interest, countryside and good places to eat. We visited the pleasant town of Tavistock, Dartmoor, Calstock including the Tamar Valley Railway to Plymouth and Cotehele - all within a few miles' drive. I don't usually book places without off-road parking, but finding somewhere nearby was no problem in September. Having said that the cottage is on a very busy road and there is a regular bus service. We appreciated the delicious cream tea and snacks left for us, as well as the easy contact with our hosts. We agree with other guests that the little upstairs landing would benefit from a light and we would also recommend larger bath towels are provided, but otherwise this cottage is definitely recommended.

Richard and Carol went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Property was comfortable and in a beautiful location, extremely clean and had all of the facilities we needed. Would definitely recommend!
