This newly built one bedroom annexe is located in the pretty village of Penponds, just five miles from the beautiful sandy beach of Gwithian in West Cornwall. The Annexe has been completed to a very high standard and offers a fantastic rural retreat for a couple looking for a romantic getaway to Cornwall. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area, complete with log burner, is the ideal place to rest your feet after a long day exploring the surrounding countryside. The accommodation also benefits from a private enclosed garden to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings, before snuggling up in front of the cosy fire after the sun goes down. The town of Camborne is only a mile away for all your local conveniences, with the popular tourist destination of St Ives only a short 15 minute drive away. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed to accommodate a child if required.

On-street parking available, no private parking. Fully enclosed garden with table and chairs. Please note that the owners of the annexe do have access through the side gate of the garden. Children must be accompanied at all times.
Changeover day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Security Deposit: £50.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent, central heating throughout.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot, high chair and stairgate available on request.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Shop: 1ml. Pub: 1ml.

NB Please note that there is a 2 metre high wall in the garden so children must be accompanied at all times. Owner has access through the garden to the side gate.
