Plenty of hot water and heating if needed. Having no WiFi could be problematic for some but fortunately we had a very good EE (4G) phone signal so very easy to text or phone but it's funny how much you miss Google ! We visited St Isaacs which is lovely, also Boscastle, Tintagel and Padstow all in very easy distance which was why we chose the location. I have to use a small mobility scooter and found these locations, altho quite steep - very easy to access - no steps! Lots of lovely birds in and around the cottage, but very peaceful and quiet. The owner Debbie was lovely and very helpful, she answered any query almost immediately and offered her help with recommendations. However we can suggest the best fish and chips we have ever had in Port Isaac at a restaurant just past The Mote - under the arch opposite the fresh fish market. Beautiful fish in the lightest better ever and perfect size chips. Being a seafood lover I also had wonderful squid and perfect chips in a cafe in Boscastle. All in all it was superb and I would highly recommend.
