July Cottage is a charming two-bedroom terraced cottage, perfect for couples and families seeking a retreat in Cornwall. It boasts tasteful decor and lovely furnishings, creating a warm and inviting ambience. Located in the heart of Constantine village, it is only a short drive away from the bustling marine town of Falmouth.
As you step inside the ground floor, you'll be greeted by a cosy, open-plan sitting and dining area. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day spent on the beach or exploring the charming Constantine area. If the weather gets chilly, you can stay warm by the crackling wood-burning stove while reading a good book or watching Freeview or Netflix using your personal login details.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. You can relish your home-cooked meals at the dining table or step outside to enjoy some al fresco dining. The shower room features a spacious walk-in shower and underfloor heating, adding a luxurious touch to your stay.
Head upstairs and take a look at the two beautifully appointed bedrooms. One of the bedrooms features an antique brass bed, while the other one offers two cosy twin beds.
The garden is enclosed and offers a bistro table with enough space for four people to sit comfortably. There is also a small terrace perfect for relaxing and reading a book, or enjoying the beautiful sunset while sipping on a delicious drink.
