Falmouth is a beautiful town with plenty of things to see and do. The National Maritime Museum is a must-visit, with fascinating exhibits on the history of the sea and its impact on society. Gyllyngvase Beach is a short walk away from Merizac and is a great place to relax and soak up the sun. Pendennis Castle is also nearby and is a great spot for history buffs.

The cottage was in a lovely and peaceful location ideal for visiting places. It was well equipped and clean. The main drawback was the parking was a fair distance away especially when unloading and loading/packing up with cases but as it was September and quieter we actually loaded up the car on our last day in another space just over the bridge. The wifi could be improved as it was quite slow and somehow can't cope with getting into personal BT emails.

House is extremely well furnished, very comfortable beds. With a family of 6 the dishwasher and washing machine were very useful. Good to have outside space as well. Large, soft bath towels and good water pressure in shower. Plenty of family games available. Nice quality carpets. Overall a really good holiday experience and would thoroughly recommend.
