About this property
Nanvivian is a semi-detached traditional cottage with lovely sea views situated almost on Loe Beach. It is on a working farm, just a ten minute stroll from Feock village. Wonderful for a carefree family holiday, or a quiet getaway for couples. There is a comfy living room with an open fire and this room leads to a large conservatory for dining, relaxing and contemplating the great sea views. On the other side of the hall, a dining, and at the back of the cottage, a neat kitchen with a cosy Rayburn and a ground floor family bathroom. Head up the stairs to three bedrooms: a double and a zip-linkable twin, both with wonderful sea views, and another zip-linkable twin, plus shower-room.
Private garden and patio with garden furniture for those al fresco meals. A cosy, get-away-from-it-all cottage in an idyllic spot overlooking the Fal Estuary and out to sea. Good beach café, boat hire and excellent sailing and windsurfing school on the beach, with launching facilities and sheltered sailing waters (parking for boats behind beach). Friendly, welcoming owners (cream tea provided).
Feock is a picture book village on the Carrick Roads. Almost hidden in trees, the village lazily watches over the extensive Fal estuary with creeks and open sea beyond.

Itâs the most amazing place - not luxe but completely blissfully itself. The views are incredible and sitting reading in the sunroom is my favourite thing to do.

It would be nice if tenants could have the option to purchase a season ticket for the boatyard parking. Receiving £100 fines for going seconds over the allotted time add a lot of stress of the holiday. Perhaps one day a dishwasher maybe added to the kitchen! Otherwise a wonderful holiday and great to be back again.
