The Old Store House is a beautiful, detached character property that has been lovingly restored. This characterful accommodation includes a living room with an exposed beamed ceiling and fireplace, modern well-equipped kitchen/dining room and a cloakroom/separate toilet. On the first floor there is a large kingsize bedroom with an en-suite, a further double bedroom and a single bedroom. Outside there is a private courtyard garden and private parking. The property is nestled on the banks of a free-flowing river and has the most charming surroundings. The village of Boscastle has a range of shops as well as a quaint harbour. There are a number of towns within a few miles of Boscastle, and all have a wide range of shops, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets.

This was our 2nd stay at TOSH. An abundance of everything you need to make your stay as easy as possible. Cosy and warm especially when it was such a wet and cold week. Think a larger TV would be nice.Couple of negatives (being over fussy ?) housekeeper needs to clean 'under' beds and in corners + a few too many air freshners, overpowering.The welcome goods were greatly appreciated.

Absolutely amazing cottage. Well stocked with cups, pans etc for a weeks stay, everything you could want. In a great position on the harbour and cottage has plenty of room. Appreciated the milk and cider on arrival after a long drive. Would definitely stay again. My brother has already booked.

Spacious, clean and well equipped, single designated parking space. Lovely location near Boscastle harbour with River Valency just outside the cottage. Our 5th stay at OSH, and booked in for another 2 weeks in September plus 5 weeks next year - that's how much we like it! 👍Local shops, cafés and the Cobweb Inn within 100yds.
